10 years ago electric (not hybrid) cars were popping up all over the U.S. and doing quite well. Now they have all but gone extinct. Why?   1. Interesting post. I think we have not seen the last of the electric car as more and more hybrid’s become popular.

  2. i hope that alternate fuel technology can go on being developed without hindrance from unfair business practices… take away people’s ability to move and think and innovate freely and you weaken the country in general. it would seem that Big Oil is not very concerned about playing fairly in this way.
