  4. Picture was taken over lake Okeechobee in Fla. I have the picture hanging in my office for about 20 years. It was in a photography magazine and I bought it from the photographer.

  6. I am trying to find out if this picture if free to use on a corporate website or if I need to purchase it. If $ is required then what site do I buy it from? Allot of places have the photo but no claims or offers of sale. Does anyone know about this?

  7. I say just go ahead and use it, its an old picture and has been around in the public domain now for a long time. If the photographer ever does see the picture on your website, which is extremely unlikely, you can then ask him about buying it, because you didn’t know who to buy it from in the first place. How does that sound to you?
